Welcome to Designerbonden! When you order experiences, gift cards or products from us, the following terms and conditions apply.

Ordering and payment

• All orders are made via our website or by appointment.

• Payment is made in advance through available payment solutions (Vipps, card payment or invoice by arrangement).

• The order is valid when you have received confirmation from us by email.

Gift card

• Gift cards can be purchased in any amount and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• The gift card can be used on experiences or products from Designerbonden.

• Unused gift cards are not refunded.

Cancellation and change

• Cancellation of experiences must be made no later than 48 hours before the agreed time.

• If cancelled after the deadline, 50% of the price will be charged.

• In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.

• Changes to dates can be made by arrangement, if we have capacity.

Safety and responsibility

• Participation in farm experiences is at your own risk. We encourage all guests to follow instructions from our hosts.

• Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

• The designer farmer is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost or damaged during the visit.

Right of withdrawal

• When purchasing experiences, the Right of Cancellation Act applies, but please note that the right of cancellation lapses once the experience has been completed.

• Products purchased in the online store can be returned within 14 days if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return costs are borne by the buyer.

Privacy

• We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

• Information is not shared with third parties without consent.
